The Mike Wills School of Baseball and Softball was established in 1995 and is located in Sonoma County. The School serves students from Marin, Sonoma, Napa Counties and the San Francisco Bay Area. We pride ourselves on a comprehensive baseball skills curriculum that includes mechanics and drills in hitting, fielding, pitching, throwing, infield, outfield, and most importantly safety. The school offers Camps, Group or Private Lessons, Coaches Clinics and more. In 2010, 6 pitching clinics and 8 camps. The staff has been increased to add softball teachers, to go along with the 11 current baseball staff. The School offers off season work out programs for high school baseball and high school softball starting in the fall. Mike also works with the Marin Girls Softball program.

To provide students with the skills and understanding needed to succeed at baseball or softball which ultimately builds confidence in the player. Self confidence provides the player with further success, further improvement and love of the game. Most important factor in the whole process is that it remains fun for the player. If the pressure becomes to great or the learning becomes a chore then it's no longer a game.

We strongly believe in building a solid base of mechanics and fundamentals so that each student-athlete can improve on their abilities in the game of baseball and softball. With these skills the student-athlete can build their self-confidence and self-esteem. Our goals are to teach skills in a fun and positive environment.
